Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with clear photos and your order number. Once reviewed, we will work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Non-returnable items
