To qualify, the item must be in original condition, unused, and returned with all included components, inserts, and packaging. Returns that arrive used, incomplete, altered, or damaged through customer handling may not be eligible for a full refund.

Non-returnable items +
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. This can include personal-care goods, wellness items intended for body contact, final sale merchandise, gift cards, and any product marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Exchanges +
The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original product if eligible, then place a new order separately. This helps avoid delays and ensures current stock availability.
Refund timing +
After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds are usually issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.
